Petition for the passage of the Teaching Assistant status of current Artistic Technicians Artistic Education.
The specificity of the ESADE (Ecole Superieure des Arts Decoratifs de Strasbourg) has its various workshops and their ability to train students in the methodology and knowledge creation tools. The peculiarity of these workshops is to work in synergy between them, while offering courses tailored to pedagogies.
Now, the only legal framework in a school art to teach and mentor students, apart from that of Professor of Art Education (PEA), is that of Artistic Teaching Assistant (AEA). Thus, staff workshops ESADE whose employment framework of Territorial Technician is arranged under the name Artistic Teaching Technician (TEA), formally request that their status is changing so fast towards the employment framework AEA without loss of pay.
This passage from the technical stream to the cultural sector must necessarily occur before school starts to be formalized in the upstream portion of the school by Public Establishment for Cultural Cooperation (EPCC). That career is the only guarantor may perpetuate the pedagogical workshops.
This is the only condition that the current Artistic Teaching Technicians continue the organization of courses and curriculum, will appear in the Guide to Education and in partnership with teachers transmit the knowledge essential for students in the various workshops.
